We’ll begin with a heart-centered sound bath led by Michelle, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into peaceful stillness. Bring your favorite mat, blanket, pillow — whatever helps you feel fully supported and at ease.

While the sound bath flows, Emily and Jodie will offer 20-minute Thai Yoga Massage sessions to guests who pre-register for the add-on Thai massage (space is limited for this delicious upgrade). This unique blend of movement, breath, and gentle pressure helps release stored tension and invites your whole being into harmony.
