Emily and Jodie will be offering optional 25-minute Thai massage sessions during the immersion. These intentional touch-based sessions are designed to ease the body into deeper states of relaxation, complementing the sonic landscape.
Thai Bodywork is a therapeutic practice that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and energy line work to restore balance and flow.
